Your website should answer the phone when you can't.

I build simple, fast landing pages for small businesses — and an AI assistant that sits on them, answers the questions you get asked forty times a week, and takes the customer's details while you're on a job.

See it working

Under three minutes, no narration. A customer asks about a bathroom, mentions a leaking boiler, asks for something we don't do — and it handles all three, then hands over a name and a number.

The one it caught that I didn't expect: a customer gave a Kent postcode to a Birmingham plumber, and it queried it before taking the booking.

The problem, stated plainly

Most enquiries arrive outside working hours. Most of those people do not ring back — they ring the next business on the list.

You do not need a bigger website. You need the one you have to stop losing people at 9pm.

Two things, done properly

Landing page

from £300, one-off
  • One page, working properly on a phone
  • Two rounds of changes after the first draft
  • Contact form straight to your inbox
  • Set up so Google and AI assistants can read it
  • Live on your domain

Delivered in about a week, once I have your content.

AI enquiry assistant

£200 setup, then £150/month
  • Answers from your prices, hours and services — nothing invented
  • Takes name, number and what they need
  • Emails you the enquiry immediately
  • One line of code on your existing site
  • Hosting, monitoring and updates included

Works on the site you already have. You don't need a new one.

What it will not do

Worth saying out loud, because most people selling this won't.

How it works

  1. A 20-minute call. I ask what you get asked. Prices, hours, areas covered, what you don't do.
  2. I build it and check every answer against what you told me. You see it working before it goes anywhere near your site.
  3. One line of code goes on your site. If you'd rather not, I'll do it — I just need access.
  4. Enquiries arrive in your inbox. You reply to the ones worth replying to.

Questions people actually ask

What happens if it gets something wrong?

Tell me and I fix it, normally the same day. It only answers from the information you give me, so "wrong" nearly always means "I told it the old price" — that's a two-minute change and it's included.

Is my customers' data safe?

Enquiries go to you and are held for a limited period, then deleted. I'll sign a Data Processing Agreement covering exactly this — it's standard, and you should ask anyone offering this service for one.

Do I need to change my website?

No. The assistant works on whatever you already have — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or something someone built for you in 2014.

Can I cancel?

Yes, 30 days' notice, no tie-in. If it isn't earning its fee you shouldn't be paying it.

Who am I actually dealing with?

Me, directly. There's no team and no account manager. That's the point — you always know who's doing the work.
